Here is a very nice fillet brazed Big Forest Frameworks gravel bike, completely built with ENVE components. The wheels from ENVE are handmade in the USA, and one of their coolest features is that they have no weight restrictions for the rider. ENVE can form the holes for the spokes instead of drilling them, which allows the wheels to be built with a higher spoke tension. The bike also has the ENVE gravel fork. It is slightly longer than a regular racing bike fork but not as long as a typical CX fork. 35mm tires fit perfectly for gravel, but of course, you can also install thinner tires if you only want to ride on the road. And a bonus: it comes with a removable fender! The only fork of its kind that I know of!
