Awesome travel MTB here built in our 5-Day frame building course.   I love the details like the ‘BOBA FETT’ frame number and the crooked tree on the top tube!  And the wild paint and colors! When I placed the order for the paint and parts, I was pretty skeptical with how it would turn out, but I really like it.   Wheels and headset from @hopetech, seat post clamp from @tuneblackforest, bars from @surlybikes.   I really like all the details, too, which you’ll see on the photos to come!   Paint/powder from @bikecolours seat post and stem from @bikethomson.

It has been a long time since I replied, but I finally wanted to give some feedback on the mountain bike. The bike feels great; no back pain, no knee pain — even on longer rides.  It rides really smoothly and very quietly. The gear shifting, even during quick changes, works perfectly.

And I am cleaning it often! 😉 The color combination was just right… I keep getting asked about the company name, and then I tell them about the frame-building course. The people I meet are always very impressed. I haven’t yet found the best angles and positions for the shift levers and grips, but that will come.

I am still really happy that I could take the course with you!
